I just file my extension, however I noticed line 4 was blank how do I fix this, line 5 is correct however line 4 is blank

Line 4 should be $35,477 and line 5 $35,577, line 8 0

Unfortunately, you can't amend an extension request that's already been accepted by the IRS.

However, if your e-filed your extension is rejected by the IRS, you can make any changes before you resubmit it, or mail it in.
