Getting free software for Military, depends on you having an actual DFAS/Military W-2 form for 2023 taxes.

So if you didn't actually get a Military W-2  for 2023, do not indicate you were in the military at all during 2023...and then the stationing question doesn't show up.

IF you start your Basic training during 2024, and start going to reserve meetings....you should get a Military W-2 for 2024 next year, and then you'll be able to use the Military tax software version.
