I just completed my 2016 return. My state returns for LA and GA each say "incomplete". Is there something else I need to do, or is it too early to e-file for these?

Yes, the state tax forms for GA and LA are not available from each of the state's Department of Revenue (until at least 1/20/2017 for GA and 1/27/2017 for LA) so you would not be able to file your GA and LA state income taxes until that date. On this date, you will be able to log back into TurboTax and complete your GA and LA state income tax return.
