I haven't used TurboTax in years. What is Full Service?

I am trying to delete my account. I got this message. "You have an open engagement in TurboTax Live Full Service. To delete your data in TurboTax Live Full Service, you must first exit Full Service by clicking on the 'Do my own taxes' button located at the bottom left-hand side of your screen and then clicking the red 'Leave Full Service' button. Once you have exited Full Service, please return to this page to delete your data." I have no idea what Full Service is.
