I have vouchers to pay estimated taxes for 2019. I must have filed incorrectly. Am I required to pay estimated taxes if I have the vouchers?

I have vouchers to pay estimated taxes for 2019. I must have filed incorrectly. Am I required to pay estimated taxes if I have the vouchers?

You are not required to use the vouchers or to pay quarterly estimated taxes if you think you will have enough federal withholding from your pay or other income sources to avoid being under withheld at year end 2019.

You are not required to use the vouchers or to pay quarterly estimated taxes if you think you will have enough federal withholding from your pay or other income sources to avoid being under withheld at year end 2019.
