What if you applied for heath insurance though the Healthcare.gov marketplace; however, you are receiving State Insurance (Medicaid). Are you still not required to file the 1095-A? Also, is it true that if you do file your 1095-A you will receive the best 'refund' (rather the potential for a bit of a higher refund exists)?
Thank you.
