I have two separate insurance for year 2017. 1099 HC for January to July and 1095 B August to December. I would like to know how should i enter while filing tax return?

If the 2 separate insurance policies covered you for the year, (partial coverage for a month counts as covered that month) you would report "Yes" you had coverage the entire year and "No" it was not through the Marketplace.
