I'm unaware of this as a known issue. Is your TurboTax program set for automatic updates? The first thing recommendation would be to check to ensure that your program is current on updates. See the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions on checking for updates.

I was finally able to solve problem by deleting the program and then downloading and installing again.

I have the same problem. I reloaded the software and the problem still exists.
I am having same issue where program opens for a couple seconds and then closes.
Tried reinstall of downloaded version several times but same issue.
No error message appears.
This is 2019 deluxe version.
If you're on a PC, open TurboTax and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top. On a Mac, simply quit and reopen TurboTax. If there are any updates, you'll be prompted to download them.

The problem is the program opens and closes so fast there is no time to even click anything.
