I have the form 1095a however I don't see a marketplace identifier or policy number. I am 19 and on my parents plan which is through medicare what should I do?

If you are 19, unless you are disabled, you would not likely be eligible for Medicare. Are you talking about Medicaid, a state program? Is this your parents 1095-A? Do they claim you as a dependent? If they claim you as a dependent, then you would not need to enter the 1095-A on your return.

Is this the 1095-A you have? IF so, the marketplace identifier is in box 1 and the policy number is in box 2.
