Yes - If you have both a W-2 from one job and a 1099-MISC from a part-time job, this 1099-MISC income will be considered self-employment income (and will be reported separately from your W-2 income on your tax return).
Also note that if you have any business expenses related to your 1099-MISC, you will be able to claim these against your 1099-MISC to reduce your taxable income related to your part-time employment.

Online sign-in, click Here and click
on "Take me to my return") type "1099misc"
in the search bar then select "jump to
1099misc". TurboTax will guide you in entering this information.
