I have purchased the CD for turbotax Deluxe 2016, I need Home and Business, can I download the additional software for Home and Business?

You can do an in-product upgrade after you install the Deluxe on your MAC.  I have included a screenshot that shows where the icon for the upgrade is (top right of your screen).  Click that green Upgrade button and you will get another screen that will prompt you to choose an upgrade option.
