I HAVE PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED 2016 PREMIER AND HOME AND BUSINESS TURBO TAX AND HAVE INSTALLED HOME AND BUSINESS. IT WON'T LET ME INSTALL PREMIER - I NEED BOTH

Only one version of TurboTax desktop personal software can be installed on a Windows computer at a time.  You can install the Business (not Home and Business) version and a personal software product at the same time.

However, you can use the Home and Business software to produce an unlimited amount of tax returns (you are limited to 5 e-files however), and the Home and Business can handle all of the same tax situations as Premier.  Alternatively, if you need both, you will have to use one product, uninstall that product, and then install the other product.
