I have premier edition and i need to speak with someone because my documents won't import from Netxinvestor.
I can access my documents online so I know they are there, but when i attempt to import, Turbo tax says there is no tax data to import at this time.

I have premier edition and i need to speak with someone because my documents won't import from Netxinvestor.
After many unsuccessful attempts, waiting on the phone for hours, being told by Netxinvestor Tech Support that all the info I entered in TT are correct, then being told by TT Product Support that this is a known problem that has no ETA of being fixed (even by Apr 17) and the only way is to go to "plan B" and entering the 1099-B and -DIV info MANUALLY, I fumbled around and found the solution that worked for me: Select my Financial Advisor's name , Securian instead of Netxinvestor or Pershing from the "bank and brokerage" drop down list.
