If you have a 1095A you need to enter it for the marketplace health insurance you have had. If your "paper" is a 1095B or a 1095C, you do not enter it anywhere since it is for information only and does not get entered on a tax return. When it asks if you have a 1095A you say NO and move on.
If you do, in fact, have a 1095A, then it must be entered.
