To enter your income from a foreign employer follow these steps:
How to enter Foreign Income
• Go to Federal Taxes
• Select Wages & Income
• Click I'll choose what I work on
• Scroll down the page to the last section Less Common Income and select Show More
• Select Start to the right of Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion
• Go through this section and enter the income that you earned abroad.
But I already paid taxes on this income. I don't see anywhere to put those taxes. I am getting taxed like that income was untaxed.

Are you looking for the Foreign Tax Credit section (Form 1116?) If so, and if you are using manual navigation, then in the left menu column under the Federal tab then subtab "Deductions & Credits" then topic "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" then when that topic is expanded, subtopic "Foreign Tax Credit."
