I have legally changed my first name within last year. One of my W-2 has my old name and the others 1099 have my new name. What do I do?

Use the name that matches your current Social Security card.

since your last name did not change, you should not have any problem with either first name.

OR

Enter first initial for first name of "taxpayer".

Enter the name you want your refund check "Payable to"

Some banks are picky.
