were you covered under  Obamacare/ACA. then you need the 1095-A from Heaklthcare.gov to complete the 8962. this is done in the medical expense section. if you did not have it this type of insurance go back to the health insurance question and answer no.

this answer would be different if you were a resident of a state that required health insurance coverage.
