I have had the Refund Processing Service (paid) , does that mean that my refund is done being processed since you have received your fees?

If the refund has been funded by the IRS to the Refund Processing Service, then yes your refund is done being processed. Check the status of your refund by logging onto your TurboTax account, TurboTax online (https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/) or the IRS Where's My Refund website (www.irs.gov/refunds) to find out if your return is actually completed processing.
