I have had my return rejected 10 times now. I have entered AGI correctly per IRS transcript and still getting rejected. I don't see a place to enter past pin

Here's where to enter last year's signature ID as your self-select PIN:

  1. Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button.
  2. At the Keep going to refile your federal return message, select File in the left menu (on mobile devices, select the menu icon in the upper-left corner, then tap File).
  3. Select Continue on the Welcome back screen. Don't select Fix my return, as this will take you to the wrong place.
  4. Select Continue, then Start next to Step 3: Get ready to save and file your returns.
  5. Choose I want to e-file and on the next screen (Last year's tax info) select Edit.
  6. Keep going until you reach the screen To e-file successfully, the IRS needs...
  7. On that screen, select I can't get the 2019 tax return. I’ll print and mail or use the self-select PIN I created last year, and follow the instructions to enter your PIN and re-file your return.

thank you for your response! I followed this and it was the same result. I've tried my pin, my agi, all of them directly from IRS. Still getting rejected. Do you think its on their end? I'm at a loss :(.

Try the "Fix my Return" button but enter the number 0 for the amount . If you are married and filed jointly it might fail you again but this time it will say  your spouse's number is wrong when you go to "Fix my Return" the second time enter zero for him/her too. Refile with both of you at an AGI equal to 0 (regardless of what it really was) and it might work. It did for me finally....after trying multiple other suggestions.....
