If he lived with you more than half of 2017 and his parent did not, then only you can claim him.

If he lived with you more than half of 2017 and his parent did not, then only you can claim him.

By his parents i mean luve with me right if so no they have not lived with me and i have been his sol provider sice oct 2016

Enter him as "Another person" and Nephew and answer the questions if he lived with you and did not live with a parent.
