I have debit mastercard from european bank. Can i pay with that ? A have not american bank account. How can I pay / get my taxes if am in Slovakia ?

To pay the TurboTax account fees you need a US credit card with a US billing address.  If you do not have these then you will need to contact TurboTax support to make other arrangements for payment of the TurboTax account fees.

If you have a federal tax refund then you can only receive the tax refund as check mailed to the address on your tax return if you do not have a US bank account with a bank in the US for direct deposit of the tax refund.  The federal tax refund is issued by the US Treasury Department so you need to speak with your local bank on how they would handle a US Treasury Department check for deposit.
