Something doesn't sound right.  I don't know why official TurboTax Support would have done that.    I'm curious if you could have initially contacted some phone number that you thought was TurboTax Support but wasn't, and it led you to that "Just Answer" thing.    How'd you come by the original phone number purportedly for TurboTax Support--was it from an Internet search?
