On your credit card or from your bank account? Did you file and waiting for your refund? Are the fees suppose to come out of your refund?
If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund they will ask you to pay the fees, see step 3 under What happens if the IRS reduces my refund......

If you don't pay they will automatically debit your bank account. Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again. See How do you justify debiting my account?

did you elect to have your fees taken out of your refund? if not, ignore the rest of this thread. if so, has your refund been delayed? did you get e-mails about paying your fees since your refund was delayed? when you elected to pay your fees through your refund you authorize payment through a second funding source if it was delayed.
Hi, thanks for responding.
So I already filed my taxes and they took the fee out from my return. Which was in April, but since then I have I’ve gotten $187 charges each month for no reason. I’m not sure what this is.
If I’m on a subscription unknowingly, I need them to cancel it.
On your credit card or from your bank account? What is the description on the charge? For which months? Sounds like the Turbo tax fees. But that should be only 1 time unless you didn't have enough in your bank account. How much were the fees? Have you gotten your Tax Refund yet?
