It let's me sign in and takes me to the page that says "continue to taxes" but when I click on it , it logs me out

You will need to refresh your browser. Clear your cache in your browser settings and then log back into Turbotax and continue where you left off. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser. Here are the steps to clear your browser's cache.
I cleared my browsing history and chace and it still wont let me sign in.
