I have a .tax2010 file and need to convert it to a PDF for legal reasons. Is there a way to do this?

I've looked for 2010 software and can't find it.

You could try the TaxPrinter service. You send them your .tax2010 file and they send you back a PDF of the tax return. TaxPrinter has no connection with TurboTax. I have never used TaxPrinter, so I cannot make a recommendation. I'm just making you aware of it.

warning there are sites that offer the 2010 software but they are missing all the updates needed to produce the same return as filed.

I want to convert an i401k to an ira and then a roth ira in the same year first I want to convert a thrift savings plan and employer 401k to an ira (rollover).
