Then you should be completing a Schedule C with your personal tax return using the TurboTax online edition of Self-Employed.  Contact TurboTax support for this problem where they can assist using the Self-Employed edition and screen share if necessary.

On the TurboTax contact website make sure that you indicate the Platform being used (Online) and the edition (Self-Employed)

I have an LLC and the results show as positive when the revenue shown in the program is significantly less than expenses. Why?

Single member LLC as a sole proprietor or are you a Partnership or incorporated as a S Corp?

Thank you for your response. The math is incorrect and changing the input does not correct the error. I must be doing something incorrectly.
