I have a problem with zip code.

The IRS site does not ask for your zip code in order to check your refund status.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Where on the IRS site have you ever been asked to enter a zip code?  The IRS site for checking your federal refund only asks for the three things already mentioned above.

That is the site to check your e-file status--not to check to see if the IRS has processed your return.  You can use the IRS Where's My Refund site.  As already stated--you need your Social Security number, your filing status and the exact amount of your federal refund.  If your return was accepted, you can track it on the IRS site.

Did you e-file?  Did you get back emails about whether your return was accepted or rejected? When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
