I have a problem with filing here because it says that the verification code is incorrect. It is correct in my W2. What should I do?

That is not a required entry ... delete the number and leave the box blank.

Hi I just did but it still the same. It says that the verification code is invalid for electronic filing. Is there a way to delete all the entry and start from the beginning ?
