@PM75MURPHY

You likely can only transfer the "Software" for 2021, 2022, 2023.  Certainly, those years will work on Windows 11, not sure about whether the 2021 or 2022 software can be installed on a new MAC.  2023 should be OK.

Since 2019 and 2020 can no longer be installed, in an operational form you can't reinstall the software t=for those years.

2018 and earlier....ehhhhh...depends on what installation files you have...CDs are useless at this point, and required software updates, and state downloads for those years are no longer available.

_______________

Make sure you create full PDF files of your tax returns for every year on the old computer, to transfer to the new computer.  Both the "Filing Only copy, and a second copy with all the forms and worksheets.   Those PDFs will be readable for many years.

For 2021, 2022, and 2023.   Transfer both the PDF files you created, and the .taxyyyy datafiles to a directory with the same name as on your old computer.  (for Windows that's in your..../Documents/TurboTax/   subfolders

(Careful if you are using  Windows OneDrive.....the Documents subfolder may be in Onedrive depending on how you are set up)
