I have a discount on e-mail from turbotax it was working the evening not working now. It’s supposed to give me 50% discount till 03/26

I have received an email today from TurboTax on 50% discount till 03/26. I checked the cost of filing in evening today and it was 29.99. When I went ahead to file my taxes it’s showing as 49.99. I really don’t understand.

Try this:

Sign completely out of Turbo Tax.  Clear your cache and cookies depending on your operating system by following the directions below.  Go back to your email and click on the link within the email and it should apply at this point.
