I have a complaint, I have talked to an expert who tried hard to help me, but was unable to do this. I want to escalate my complaint and don't know how to do this.

The documentation I have received is conflicting.  In one place it says I need to mail my state return, in another place is says it's been accepted and filed.  What's the truth?

The truth is you will get a message that says ACCEPTED or REJECTED,

 

If that didn't happen maybe your message is in the SPAM or JUNKMAIL folder.

The problem is, it says Accepted in one spot and Not accepted in another.  I filed both my State Income Tax and State Property Tax refunds.  In one place it says my Property tax refund was accepted, in a different place my income tax was accepted.  I need to know a mailing (snail mail) or email address to escalate my problem.

If you filed two items and both were ACCEPTED, there is nothing more to do.

No, both were not accepted.  In one place it says the property tax was accepted and the income tax needs to be mailed in.  In another place, it says the income tax has been accepted and doesn't speak of the property tax.

Exactly what "place" says it was not accepted.  

 

Did you receive a e-mail saying that it was accepted?
