I have a Bitcoin balance I need to process, is this legit, please help

Good morning, my name is {PII removed} and I am a customer with you, I did some Bitcoin transactions last year and this year, I was the victim of a few scams, I was looking to purchase a used car and these 'loan companies' had me go to cash app and do Bitcoin transactions, I have never done this before, I never got the loan and never got the money.  Anyway to make a long story short, I got am email showing that I have money on a Bitcoin account.   Is this legit, I will send the screenshots I have of the email, what is the email address I can send this to
