Yes. Cancellation of debt is income.

Search for 1099c and click the jump to link. See the screen shot below.

Hmm I don't see a screen shot and I cannot find "jump to" above the search results for "1099c cancelation debt" on my Home & Business version either.

Please follow the following steps to enter your Form 1099-C

1. Sign into your Turbo Tax account (online or desktop)
2.  Select the Personal Tab
3.  Select Personal Income , then select "I will choose what I work on'
4.  Scroll down to the section "Less Common Income"
5.  Select Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
6. Select "Cancellation of Debt (form 1099-C) and follow the instructions.
