I have 2 w-2s, because I worked for two different companies in the same year. How do I file? Do I combine both boxes #1

No, do not combine them.

Enter one W-2.

Return to the section and select "Add a W-2" 

Enter the second W-2.

You enter each W-2 separately.  After completing the first W-2 you will go through a series of screens asking questions.  When that is finished you will land on the W-2 Summary screen.  Click on the button labeled Add Another W-2.
