I had the same issue. I got around the problem by continuing as a guest rather than signing in, I had to enter all the information but it actually worked as opposed to using the information TT had in my file--which was incorrect in every way possible.

Actually, with this credit card issue, you can't efile when you have to pay for a state return as it won't let you pay.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. TT makes money by overcharging us to file and you can't even file without this work around.
