If you had Health Insurance all year and you indicated that in the Health Insurance section, that is all you needed to do, unless you received a 1095-A (screenshot).

If you did, you would answer YES to 'any of these types of plans?' and then enter the info from your 1095-A (screeenshot).

If not, say NO and Continue until you see 'Done With Health'.

You don't have enter any info about your insurance plan.
