I had a K-1 last year but I don't this year. TurboTax thinks I have one and I can't find it or move past it without upgrading. How I can delete this ghost K-1?

I am in the web version. I don't see a K-1 in this year's income, but it shows up on review.

Delete it from your forms. 

To Delete:
For TurboTax Desktop, switch to Forms (Upper right corner) 
TurboTax Online:
Select Tax Tools on the left side-bar
Select Tools from that drop-down
Select “Delete a form” on the TOOLS CENTER screen
Select the K-1 and delete

if 2022 was the final year did you fill out the complete disposal info? if not, that would be a reason for the k-1 to appear in 2023.  There can be erroneous info on your 2022 return if the disposal section was not completed.
