I guess I can't get any help because I was trying to get a stimulus and had no income but I thought I had to file a return so now I'm basically screwed

If you had no income to enter on a 2019 tax return using the TurboTax programs, the tax return could not have been e-filed so the IRS never received the federal tax return.  Unless you printed and mailed the tax return.

If you are not required to file a tax return use the IRS website for non-filers.

If you did not Efile a tax return or have a refund direct deposited, there is no way for the IRS to deposit a check in your account.  You should receive a physical check if you meet the stimulus requirements.  They are still being sent out so be patient
