I received an email from turbo tax saying I had to sign in and put my agi from 2017. I don't see where I am supposed to do that?

I got the same email. You have to wait for the IRS to reject your refund before adding it if it wasn't on there yet. I got the same email from TurboTax but a few days later my return was accepted.
