I got online when I needed download version

When I ordered Turbo Tax I thought I was getting the download version as in the past, but I see now that it was the online, is there any way to get the download version?

Did you pay for the online version?  Call in and ask for a refund or ask them to switch you to the Desktop program.  They might push the download to you.
