Box 2 of your W-2 has 59 cents taken out.
Your employer that does your payroll will look at what you make on a weekly (or biweekly) basis, what Filing Status and number of exemptions claimed when you filled out a W-4 with your employer, and this will determine how much in Federal Taxes to take out.
This is your money that was taken out during the year, and if for example if you had $100 taken out, then your paychecks during the year would have been reduced by that $100.
If you want to have more taken out, talk to your employer and ask then to give you a new W-4 to complete and tell them you want more taxes taken out.
