I get this error message downloading my tax file from Turbotax 2021 online: "YOUR .TAX FILE COULD NOT BE DOWNLOADED AT THIS TIME" It asks me to try later. Any idea?

I am having problem efiling due to many crypto transactions. I am trying to download .tax file and upload into desktop windows versino of Turbotax. I get error message:  "YOUR .TAX FILE COULD NOT BE DOWNLOADED AT THIS TIME" I have tried deleting cookies, changing browser to no avail. Any suggestion on how to resolve the issue?
