Pennsylvania tax due is wrong. TT says: Tax Due: 4914, Tax Credits: 4907. But it says Tax Due: $11 instead of $7. Basic math problem?

I found the issue. The tax due is correct due to PA Use Tax of $4. But that's a poor summary that led me to believe the amount was wrong. It should have said $4 more in the "Tax" line.
