My Federal Tax Payment was made via eftps prior to my federal E-file. Do I need to do anything else? Like send a note with a Voucher? Or will they know?

The payment was made for the correct amount as efile. In order to move forward with TurboTax program and e-file, I selected "mail by Check" for my tax payment.
Now I just want to make sure the eftps stands on its own.
