I found a way to convert PDF to CSV. I got 54 PDF pages from TD Ameritrade: 2 pages of 1099-INT,-DIV,-MISC data, and 52 pages of 8949 (buy/sell data).

Should I upload just the last 52 pages and enter the 1099-INT, -DIV, -MISC and 1099-summary data manually?  Or upload it all?

Only wash sales or other adjustments have to be itemized, either by e-File or by US Mail.

if you don't have wash sales or other adjustments,

and everything is Box A or Box D,

Form 8949 is not required. No attachment is needed, no mailing is needed.
