I forgot to put in my SS tax with held. Do I need to start over

Medicare taxes are 332.73 from my job. My Fed wages, 22947.05
Sstax with held, 1422.71. needs revised on my filing.

No you don't need to amend for that.  Was  your efile accepted?   You only need to amend if you had more than 1 employer and all the social security tax withheld combined in box 4  is more than $9,932.40 (for 1 spouse if married).  

If you haven't efiled or mailed it  yet you can go back and add it.
