I finished filing my taxes with Turbo Tax online. At the end there was a charge I agreed to that I had no idea about. I signed in to the Basic Free. Fee=over 130.00 ??

I was not notified that I would be charged. What can I do to make this right? I have used Turbo Tax. many years.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
