I filed on the 28th 2019 and was accepted and now I have the message cannot give any information on your refund why do I not have the path message whats going on.

I have also looked on the gov website and there is no code 9002

I owe IRS $ & want to setup a Paymnt plan; but, it says my Tax Return isn't filed, though TurboTax says it is. Will I be in trouble if I don't set up the plan b4 tonight?
