I filed my taxes joint with my husband in spring but got an email today saying I never filed, and when I logged in it doesn't show anything for me. Help!

Did you get an email saying to finish filing?  That is just the Marketing dept.  They don’t know you already filed.  You probably have another account.  That’s common.  Just ignore the emails.  You don’t have to do anything in your separate Online account (if you have one).
