I filed my taxes. I indicated I wanted the money drafted from my account but 4 quarterly forms printed. Can you clarify which method of payment will be utilized?

I don't want to over pay but I also don't want to be penalized.

When you indicated that you wanted the tax liability drafted from your bank account, that was to cover the 2016 tax liability and that should automatically be transferred assuming that your return is accepted.

The 4 quarterly payment vouchers are likely to pay your expected 2017 taxes. You can confirm this by looking for "2017  1040-ES" on those forms. If they are indeed for 2017, the IRS is recommending you pay quarterly as you may not have withheld enough in 2016.
